Hello, all you awesome backers... as of Thursday evening, we did it! We're funded!!

And in 29 hours, I can celebrate!

But for now, I want to give you MORE. We have over a day left, and I want to make that extra chapter happen for YOU!

I really want our first stretch goal to happen- the extra chapter, with dramatic photos featuring corsets, petticoats, hose, chemises and more! Here's one example:

Of course, there aren't just photos, but also the historical context and inspiration for the pieces featured, as well as TONS of information on creating these beautiful and lasting garments yourself, gleaned over two decades of experience!

SO- it's time for a final push!

Get the word out! Convince your great-uncle he wants to buy a book about Victorian-inspired fashion! Splurge and bump your pledge up to include the set of *signed* mini-prints featuring stills from the book! Or if you only pledged for the PDF of the book, hey.... treat yourself- get the hardcover too, and maybe we'll ALL get MORE book!

I know we can do it!

THREE days left, picking up steam!

Hello awesome backers!

This is great!
In the last two days, we have jumped over TWENTY percent and are now on the verge of being fully funded!!

Some results:

BOOKMARK SETS: The free set for the first 100 backers funding at a hardcover reward level have SOLD OUT, but you can still get a set for yourself as an add-on when you choose your rewards!

PREMIUM TIERS: Only ONE corset and bustle set is left in the premium tiers, and three costumes that are featured in the book!

STRETCH GOALS: Since pledges are speeding up and we still have three days left, it's quite possible that, with YOUR pledge, we *could* reach a stretch goal or two! ALL of the stretch goals are.... more book! Yes, additional chapters, with the first one being a chapter on Victorian undergarments...corsets and bustles and hose, oh my! I think we can do it!!

Big News- I've been hoping to announce this for WEEKS!

 Hello Awesome Backers!

Where to start? A couple weeks ago I put out requests for quotes on offset printing (instead of on-demand). Basically, I was checking to see if I could get more books printed at a better rate. (What can I say, I'm a Midwest girl, I want the best deal!)

 
And YES! It looks like I'll be able to nearly DOUBLE the number of books I'm ordering... this is really exciting news! So now, with 5 days left, we just need that final push to get it funded...less than thirty percent left! 

 What can YOU do? If you haven't pledged yet, make your pledge here NOW to be sure you get your copy of this beautiful hardcover edition!
